This apartment is severely poorly ran. I have had numerous packages stolen from the lobby. There is an extreme amount of lack of communication for apartment and lobby work. I have had work orders in for lights being out, open for multiple weeks. I have been approached by the building personal with a baseball bat wreaking of alcohol, full of threats. Homeless people drinking and smoking in vacant apartments ( told to me by the property manager himself) Stay far away ...
