Not a very pleasant rental experience at all. Let's see: - Management/Staff is not very responsive to tenant concerns. - There are persistent roach issues Do NOT rent in this building. You will NOT be happy.

Poor and unresponsive management. Emails & requests either get curt, nonchalant responses or no responses at all. There is a severe roach issue in the building. Heat distribution is sporadic. Trying to get issues as a tenant is an impossible task.
