DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS!!! THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING AND WHEN THEY COME OVER TO DO REPAIRS, THEY CURSE AT YOU AND SAY IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. THEN YOU TRY CALLING THE REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT IN NYC AND THEY GIVE AN ATTITUDE. THAT'S ALL AFTER YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AFTER GETTING DUMPED IN TO VOICEMAIL 24-7. THIS PLACE SUCKS. I WOULD NOT RENT IT IF IT WERE THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! I rented from winter '05 through fall '08. ...
