If I could give this building a ZERO I would. Save your money and move ANYWHERE else but here. The water is polluted, see real photos I posted on google reviews and the rent is a rip off, the amenities are non-existent, only the location & window views are decent. The building consistently smells of drugs, urine, etc... there are bugs everywhere, the management is terrible and they have absolutely no class, especially Lisa S. the building mgr. She literally ripped me off for thousands of dollars when I was moving out b/c the water was poisonous. The gym is unsanitary with zero air ventilation, and has people's sweat all over the machines making it disgusting to exercise in. I rented an apt in this building for over 7 years and had consistent problems. Only the valet man, who takes in the amazon packages (Benny) and the night doorman Memo are assets there. I never take the time to put up reviews anywhere, but people need to be warned about this place. ...
