Maintenance is almost non existent. They have only 1 maintenance person for the two buildings, but that person spends most of his time painting apartments that get vacated, in order to save the landlord money from hiring a painter. Infested with roaches.....they do send an exterminator twice a month, if requested, but he comes into the apartment and is out in 30 seconds! Incinerator rooms filty, attract bugs. They wash floor with dirty water. (Ie: they swish around the dirty water from the bucket on the floor, rather than cleaning part of the floor and then emptying and refilling bucket with clean water). Rarely vacuum hallways, dirt/debris will remain for a very long time or until you pick it up. Do not move here! ...

You don’t want to live here. The maintenance is non existent. The bathroom overflows constantly and nothing is done. You either pay for a private plumber or live with it. The bathroom door collapsed off it’s hinges and was patched together terribly. The floors are busted up. Unsafe. Complaints go unheard. DON'T DO IT! ...
