Mice in Building, roaches in building, bed bugs in building, they increase rent by over 8% upon renewal, so I'm moving. I already pay close to $3,300 for an apartment which was in bad condition to begin with. The management is terrible and avoid fixing anything. I rented from fall 11 through fall 11. ...
