Please save yourself the trouble and do not move here!!!!!! If you are a college student and low on funds and have no other place to stay this may be great for you just so you aren't out on the street. For one the apartments are reaaaaaaaaaaaaally old. Livable! But old. When I first moved in I actually had to pay extra for an upgrade of appliances (stove, range, and dishwasher). I had to fork the money over due to how old and bad the appliances looked. I am sure they were from the 70's/80's. I lived on the 3rd floor and the roof constantly leaked when it rained. When the maintenance finally got around to fixing the leak, they failed to fix the huge water stains all through out the apartment. Home carpet looks old. Oh God! Speaking of carpet, the hallway carpets are DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! FOUL mildew smelling. 1 year of living there and I have never seen them clean the carpet. I am sure under it all it is infested with mold. They claim that certain buildings are non smoking but the hallway most times is filled with the foul oder or cigarettes. The apartments come with ancient air conditioners in each room. But do not count on them working all the time. PLEASE BUY A HEATER!!!! My electric bill skyrocketed during the winter!! Staff: Felicia is an annoying ass kisser. Every time I would call the office she would always have to verify or pass the phone off to the property manager (I forgot her name). They put on a big nice front at the beginning to get you to hurry and the lease. The office manager is a stupid and annoying b*tch!!!! DO NOT TRUST HER! They want to keep your security deposit and find any fee to charge you just to get it. I am sure she is having some sort of relations with her puppy dog ( Tall older slim maintenance guy). This place truly sucked. Dont cheat yourself because you are being cheap. I had a friend who lived at The Fairway at Timberbanks ( formely known as the Hammocks) and it was such a beautiful community. Huge golf course and even gave the residents a percentage off of golf. I wish I had more money at the time and lived at the Hammocks. The apartments are larger and more modern. Kimbrook has mad my first apartment experience the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
