I wish I had known more about this place before renting, so I'm trying to make sure others do. The guy who runs this place will SCAM YOU. When your lease is coming up, he just drops off the face of the earth. Count on kissing your entire security deposit goodbye - all $900 of it. He's impossible to get hold of if there's a problem or something broken, and after you're out he'll mock you if you do get him on the phone asking what happened to your security deposit! The landlord/manager for this apartment complex (Mike Silla) is next to impossible to get ahold of when there is a problem. We have had serious noise issues with our neighbors, and management's solution has been to ignore our complaints. We are consistently woken up at all hours of the night to stomping feet and loud noises that shake our entire apartment. Management does nothing. At $815 a month, save your time and money: go look elsewhere (and get more sleep in the process!) Seriously, this place is BAD!!! ...
