Its affordable but: - Water heater is super temperamental it will go from warm to burn victim in 3 seconds out of no where. Maintenance "fixed it". - Your packages will get stolen. I only lived there a year but neighbors of mine that have lived there longer say its a normal thing & management does nothing about it. My packages were tampered with or stolen more than once. - Similar to the above there is ZERO security. You will have to politely ask a a homeless person to get out of your way to enter the building constantly. - The patio furniture that they have in that "rooftop" all broken/unusable. Don't even take it into account. ...
