NEVER RENT OUT THIS APARTMENT. THIS IS YOUR OFFICIAL WARNING. THE LANDLORD IS OUT OF HIS MIND AND WILL HARASS YOU. He has barged into my apartment on multiple occasions without giving the lawful 24-hour notice to yell at us for rent that WASN'T EVEN LATE YET. He has threatened to call the cops on my friend who was spending the week with me because he claimed she was living there for free and using too much hot water. HE IS OUT OF HIS MIND AND VERY UNSTABLE. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW THAT MIGHT BE LOOKING AT THIS APARTMENT. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
