Let me start by saying that, I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative review in my life. I am writing on behalf of my mom so that no one else brings their family to this horrible place. My mom lived there for six years and got bullied by residents and treated With such disrespect by Georgia the manager of the facility. Upon my mom’s passing, not only was I not notified but I called to get information in Georgia was very rude and said she could not tell us what was going on that the police were there doing an investigation and I could show up if I wanted to, which is fine. It was more the lack of empathy that really had me blown away. Maybe it’s because I’m a registered nurse and caring person, or maybe it’s because she just completely lacks the ability to be empathetic and has no business working with the public! . Her lack of empathy and sympathy is appalling Considering she’s working with elderly people. The whole place is just a negative vibe from the minute You walk in the door and if you’re looking for a nice place for your loved ones to go and feel safe and have a good time this is not the place! ...

I’m a new resident here and my experience so far has been nothing short of incredible. I can’t say enough about Georgia, the manager here. She worked extremely hard to secure an apartment for me. She is so talented at her job. She was so thorough to make sure she dotted her i’s and crossed her t’s. Georgia was not only wonderful to me, but my family as well. In particular, my four year old grandson. I will be forever grateful to Georgia. I also feel it necessary to mention our maintenance men, Dan and Mark. I have had limited communication with them, but when I did, they too were helpful and kind. I feel really good about being here and look forward to the many years to come. ...
