Former Resident

I had lived at Summer Place for 3 years until a new owner bought the complex. He walked in and raised the rent. One year later he came back with a fresh lease and wanted to raise my rent to $550 a month so I moved out a few month's ago. That's not a lot of rent for Vegas but it is for these apartments and neighborhood. They were painting the building's outside and adding a security gate but nothing in our units. They have window ac units in the wall but they are mounted at the ceiling and they are, can't hear your tv loud. I needed a refrigerator the first year and they traded mine for another junker and it came with squatters. Roaches, there's a he'll of a bug problem there. ...
