I am/was a resident of this complex, the people below me are not, they only had to stay for a vacation/short term. Do not be fooled by the luxury details that they try to sell you on. There are bums and homeless people that literally live right outside "the gate". Sprawled with nice decorative grafitti. I didn't learn this until I had moved in blindly from across the country. The HOA office is HORRIBLE and I hope that none of you will ever have to deal with them. They are unprofessional and rude, and do not take care of ANYTHING. Nigel the manager of this place, is a rude, ignorant person to deal with, and if you have any problems you have to deal with this guy, it's a nightmare. I had an emergency situation on the complex during the holidays, myself being of Jewish heritage was highly offended by a certain racial comment he made on the phone. Don't rent here blindly, look into it first and don't just read the positive reviews of people who only vacationed here. You may enjoy this place if you like racist treatment and loud frat parties at all hours of the morning. Or if you have a thing for living near bums. I rented from winter '08 through winter '08. ...
