We've lived here for six years. It's hard to move out now bc you can basically only rent everything. We've gone through 4+different owners/office people since moving in, maintenance changes every few months, we've only had two good ones and since then we redo what is fixed/don't bother calling it in. There was a whole year the pool was down, mailboxes have been broken into countless times, got to a point where they kept the mail in the office. People can't seem to leave the gate closed bc our keys don't work; if your key doesn't work, punch in the code where the cars go in, you're basically inviting anyone in! Some people even just hop the fence, making it more obvious where to go. Main reason the gates are broken anyway. ...
