For the price the apartment is a nice size, and the location is convenient. The problem is that a lot of stuff is run down or broken, the AC is old, loud, and expensive to run, the demo apartment doesn't look much like the apartment I actually got, and my neighbors are inconsiderate. The upside is that the area is quiet and I have a very nice view from the large window in my living room. It isn't luxury, but it's a solid option for people with little money. They were also understanding about late rents during the worst of the shutdown. ...
