Maintenance doesn't know what they're doing and makes problems worse before doing damage control, but they seem confident. Office staff doesn't respond to emails. Most of the time there's dog poop all over the grounds. Occasionally there are loud neighbors and half the time it's because they're fighting or they're drunk. Most of the neighbors are friendly though. The apartments are really cramped, so you can't put much furniture in it, but if you're just starting moving out on your own, its a perfect size. When we applied for the 1 bed 1 bath, we were told it was going to be $800 a month, but they charge $46 for trash and other fees on top of that and we end up paying $904, so expect to pay at least an extra $100. Our experience is overall pretty okay day to day (besides cleaning our shoes every other day) ...
