This is the worst place ever to live. My tub when the people above me take a shower my tub start to have water come up in it from the pipes from them and there dirty tub water comes up in my tub. It smells like sewer water and even looks like it. The managment lies to you and try and do anything they can to get you to fight with your neighbors. The pipes are so old that they have black stuff coming out of the pipes. I have had my apt tested and have called the eviroment health and reported them cause they have lead in the water and mold and aspectis in the apts. I have been sick cause of this. My neighbor had a leak in her bathroom where they had to pull up the carpet cause it all wet. It had mold all over the floor and under the carpet all they did was say it would be okay and just covered it up with the carpet. I had mold in the bathroom coming from the ceiling. I noticed it right after I moved in reported it and all they did was paint over it and not even try to fix the promblem. They let anyone move in here so they had a man here that was trying to get little children into his apt while he was drunk and telling them that they were pretty and stuff. The office did not even do anything about it. They had a guy here that pulled a gun on one of the other residents cause she donated her car to a church charity and he got mad and pulled a gun on her and the office did not even do anything about it. There is dog poop every where. The kids here play and yell all hours of the night and scream and keep you up and once again the office don't do nothing about it. They need to clean the vents in the air and heating but dont. They charge you a pest spray fee and they do not even spray every month. The electric here is out lo control. It is almost 200 dollars a month for a two bedroom and we never hardly are home or use the electric. There is a friend who lives in a studio and her bill is almost 150 dollars a month.
