This is a small attractive complex with some major problems. There are three levels, with the least desirable in the basement; it floods during heavy rains. The second level is sandwiched in between the first and third floors; you get noise above and below you. The third floor is the best. These apartments are very noisy; noise comes from everywhere. Each building has seven apartments, with an enclosed stairway that leads to all of them. You here the doors slamming and people on the stairway, you hear everyone in their bathrooms, the floors creak badly, and you can hear everyone talking. These apartments are expensive, but there are people living here that look as if they just moved in off the street. There are also a lot of mentally disturbed young people in the complex; a new mental hospital is only a couple of miles away. The police are here at least twice a month - I don't know why. The manager has to literally be threatened before he will repair anything. This is a nice looking apartment complex that is expenseive, and has a lot of problems.
