Walls are thin I can hear neighbors on the phone. Maintenance mostly just speak Spanish and do piss poor when they finally do get to fixing something. Your car will get damaged in the parking lot. Cheap apartments, but you get what you pay for. My advice, pick this place last when you are out of options. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...
