This place may be cheap, but you get what you pay for people. The apartment I rented did not even have new carpet when I moved in. The caulking in the bathroom was done so poorly you could see the mold growing behind it. The "painters" painted the cabinet hinges so they never closed properly. The windows don't seal, so forget trying to cut down on your electric bill in this one bedroom apartment. The first month I was there I had a $300 electric bill. I told management to come out and fix the AC and every time they did, they insisted it was fine. I finally got an ac repairman out a year later and the unit was completely out of refrigerant, no surprise there. To top it all off after not fixing any of the things I requested, the had the audacity to charge me for "damages" to the carpeting, which from what I can tell are probably from the "cleaners" they hired.
