Former Resident

Worst experience ever do not move her , property manager openly will try to scam you out of your money . Apt walls are very thin , balcony has bugs I had to buy a mesh so the bugs won’t get in , gym is very small can only have 4 people and equipment is always broken . No service and property manager won’t allow you to have WiFi , there are alot of fees that will go on your rent that is not listed . If you have a friend or family member sleeping for I believe 7-8 weeks you have to pay 50.00 if you lose your key 50.00. Animals 50.00 parking 150-200. Laundry expensive. Oh yea don’t lose your laundry card that will be 15.00 . I can go on and on just save your self the headache ...
