This place is falling apart. Internet and DTV never work and no one takes responsibility to try and fix it. I was told free internet would be included (aka the price is included in my rent aka I am paying for it) and it hadn't worked right for months! And now on their website it says it isn't free anymore- my rent better not be going up! The staff are deceiving and indiscreet. This place is a joke. I wonder if the landlord actually visits the property to see how badly it is falling apart and how many people are moving out (for awhile we were seeing an average of 1-2 tenants moving out per week)! They are obviously losing money now- but perhaps people would have not moved out if they acted like they gave a damn. Please if you are looking at this place TURN AWAY. The only good thing about this apartment complex is its proximity to the college. Otherwise, it's totally overpriced, old, smelly, unsafe (my friend's car was stolen from the parking lot last week!!!), and it has unreliable internet and cable connections -- we lost our cable during the superbowl last year!
