I'm in a small studio apartment with my wife & 2 cats in a bad part of town. It's not uncommon to find piss, poop, and used needles on the sidewalk outside. During the winter, they do a poor job of clearing snow. On the plus side, it's near Veteran's Park, 2 blocks from Roger Williams, and there's a corner store attached to the building. ...
