Red Oak owns this property along with many others in Manchester. I looked at several of their apartments and I had a hard to choose one because I liked them all. The staff at Red Oak are very helpful. I needed something near public transportation and they knew all about that aspect of getting around. My advise to you is to call Red Oak Properties first.
