Carisbrooke--- I loved the space during summer months. But the office staff will never get back to you, so you must chase her to get any answers. There is no blown insulation in the exterior walls of the 4 story tower because the project ran out of money before completion. Electric bill was over $400 just for the month of December, and this was with the heat at 65 degrees. Every year the rent increases and the fixtures, flooring, and counter tops look like new but they are cheap and damage extremely easily- for which of course they will charge you. The worst run place I've ever been, and I'm so happy I am out :-) I rented from spring 2016 through spring 2017. ...
