This is the absolute worst place to live!!! Dogs feces are all over the place, you can’t walk on the grass at all. It is not enforced for anyone to pick up after their animals & the housing people darn well know it. Animals even crap on the sidewalks! Management knows darn well who the culprits are, but chose to do nothing whatsoever about it. They don't keep anything in good repair. The hallways stink. I would give this place a zero rating, but we don’t have that choice. The halls & carpeting are filthy & to think they call themselves luxury apartments, what a farce!!! The staff is rude & condescending & is absolutely no help with anything. They may try to answer this review & act otherwise, but trust me; they are about themselves & money only. They claim that they strive to provide a high standard of living, but this is all textbook replies. They don’t strive to keep their property & grounds clean. They say to reach out to them. When you do, they don’t care, they act like you are the problem. In fact, they don’t want to hear about anything, though they know so much of what goes on but chose to turn a blind eye. No, they don’t appreciate the opportunity to speak with you further about your concerns. When you move out they charge you for fees that are definitely not in the lease. They charge you for damages that were clearly there when you moved in & they darn well know it. They just want to make money off of hard working people, more money than what they are already robbing people out of. They will clearly be nice to your face while they are attempting to get your business, then once they do…Watch Out!!! I could go on & on, but my list would never end. Steer clear of this place & these people! ...
