College Park Apartments are right off of Lincoln's main attraction, Ost. It's fast and easy to access a variety of stores and places to eat. Even though it has some distance from UNL, it's simple to take Vine St. and be there in no time. My roommates and I love our space and are impressed with how fast maintenance comes to fix any problems we might have. ...

I'm sorry, I just threw up in my mouth a bit thinking about the time I lived at College Park. The employees are nosey and are pricks, the craftsmanship is below average at best, the halls are downright awful, the rent is overpriced considering the quality of apartment you're getting, they put almost zero effort into scooping sidewalks and plowing the parking lot after it snows, and there are no extras there, such as no pool, no workout facility, heck, they don't even have a clubhouse, just a couple of rooms for an office. When myself, my roommates, and our parents came down to move us in, they had to fit all 6 of us in one tiny room with people walking in and out constantly. The only benefits that I can think of are that the apartment is right next to O Street, they pay for basic cable, mainly college kids live there, and it's right next to Southeast CC, but overall, living there was a bad experience and I was embarassed to bring people over sometimes not because our apartment was a mess, because we actually kept it fairly clean, especially beings we're college kids, but because the craftsmanship and the upkeep of the building were horrendous. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, SCC student or otherwise, because there are plenty of other apartments within 5 or 10 minutes of SCC that blow this one out of the water with the quality, service, and amenities that College Park doesn't come close to having. I rented from summer '06 through spring '07. ...
