I moved in to Fredericksburg about 6 weeks ago. From day one my dryer has not worked. The closet door is broke. And the vent fan in the bathroom is broken. We also recently discovered we have bugs. I have been calling the office for a month about these issues and they have yet to come out and take a look. I had an incident tonight where I woke up to water pouring from my bathroom ceiling. Apparently the people upstairs clogged their toilet and their toilet water was pouring down into my bathroom I called for maintenance to come out and take care of it 6 or 7 times and no one showed. Finally at 11:00 pm I called a final time and the lady told me it was my responsibility to clean up the nasty smelly sewage water that came from the apartment upstairs. This should not be my responsibilty. I had the exact same thing happen in a previous apartment and maintenance was out in a half hour and cleaned up everything. Then they came out the next morning and repaired the damaged ceiling. The Fredericksburg staff obviously leaves much to be desired. And Bobbie in the office is rude every time I call about anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The apartments look very nice and are quite spacious. But god forbid something goes wrong. You will be waiting months. This place really is a joke. ...
