I was a resident of the Greenhouse for one year from 2008-2009. The stay there was fine but after I left I was charged over $200 for additional cleaning after already cleaning the entire apartment. I was not told about this charge until 10 weeks after leaving The Greenhouse. When I approached the women in the main office they were rude and defensive. They could not produce the documentation about what cleaning was/was not done. They walked through my apartment the day before my departure date and charged me for cleaning that had yet to be done. Do not live at the Greenhouse they have horrible staff that are not helpful. I rented from winter '08 through fall '08. ...
