The land lord does not answer calls. Does not want to fix anything. I had mold in the apartment and in the carpet and he does not want to replace it. The whole apartment smells bad due to the pets. The carpets smell like piss and anything that you put on it smells like it as well. The wiring is bad, the appl are old and need to be replaced. the tile is coming up the walls are water damaged and he does not want to fix any of it. There is one washer and dryer, the washer works for small loads only and if you are lucky you can dry your clothes three times before they are dry if the dryer is working, I think that it has only worked two weeks out of the four months I have been here. I rented from summer '08 through summer '09. ...
