I would not reccomend that anyone rent from these apartments ever! It's all rainbows and sunshine at first, freshly baked cookies, coffee shop, pool...etc., but when the "newness" wears off you'll wish you never moved in. The gardeners are up at the crack of dawn to wake you up, the buildings are poorly constructed, the noise is out of control, the list could go on. The worst part is when you move out! I moved out of the apartments about a year ago and they are still trying to collect money from me that they believe is owed! I paid a deposit like everyone else does, I also had a pet and paid the deposit for that as well, along with a MONTHLY "pet fee". When it was finally time to move out and I thought I could finally get away, they slapped a huge bill on me. They told me that the apartment was damaged, which I do admit to some very minor damages, but isn't that what the deposit is for? (which of course I did not receive) They replaced all of the carpet which I can assure you was not necessary and are now demanding that I pay for it. I could go on forever about why I regret ever moving into these apartments but I just do not have the time. To anyone who plans on moving in or already live here, I highly recommend seeking legal representation, I wish I had! I rented from fall '05 through winter '07. ...
