It has been interesting. My unit flooded from the people above us flushing wet wipes down the toilet, and the best part is they weren’t going to move me and my roommates to another unit. I doubt they would want to live in poop water. On top of the people above us flooding our unit, they were absolutely horrible and loud. We constantly complained about them and nothing was done. Once we finally moved to our new unit after begging to be switched over, there were so many things messed up there. The dishwasher was broken, the shower knobs were broken, huge stains on the carpet, horrible smells and more. After moving in we put in three service requests to fix the dishwasher and nobody would come but we would get an email saying they fixed it. On top of that the carbon monoxide alarm kept beeping so we called and their response was “it will be another week until someone can come fix it” so they were just going to let it beep for a week so we took it down from the wall. It has now been two months later and hasn’t been fixed yet. This is very disappointing to have a very bad experience here because it is already hard being a full time student and working. It is hard to get schoolwork done and study with all the background noises from our upstairs neighbors and it’s not fair to be working very hard to pay for my rent at a place that doesn’t deserve anyone to be living there because it is horrible. ...
