Me and my family were really excited moving into these apartment because how close we were to the center of charlotte, until our first initial move-in!! They gave us this three bedroom apartment dusty older appliances with small dents on "fridge". There was paint all over appliances, floor, kitchen cabinets, pretty much all over besides walls. Not to mentioned the crappy paint job that was done. They never replaced my carpet's. I had to complain a lot to at least get them shampoo, and still they look like they been here since apartment was built! My countertop are old and warp. Also underneath countertop around sink area is rotted, looks like is been that way for some time now.. One of my lower cabinet had some mold. The second floor above me are loud and have no considerations for others. Poorly insulated, yoy could here literally everything, ESPECIALLY!!! when kid's are running back and fourth or thing's being slammed or drop.. These apartment is really close to my job so for now I'm hanging in here until I find something better thats going to break the bank.. I apologize for the way I word everything and for my gramner, I was in the middle of something and my frustration combined didn't. "Please people don't be fool with these units not worth it!!!!! ...
