Gangs and drugs here!! People have been murdered, lots of car thefts and break ins. Management is awful, lies and does not care about renters safety at all!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I rented from fall '07 through summer '08.

I lived at the phase one side of the apartments for 9 months and wouldn't recomend this place to anyone. First of all the apartments are just plain shotty construction, for example we had lights that would turn off at will, the windows and doors don't properly seal so plan on high heating and cooling bills, the floors are thin so even if you do walk quietly your neighbors below will probably complain. The management staff maybe last one year, in the time i lived there only one woman in the leasing office still worked there. the kitchens are in terrible condition. Their maitenance never shows up on time. As if all of that wasn't enough crime is terrible there. if you don't have a car alarm and a home alarm be prepared, I have seen gang grafitti on one of the fences there and probably 10 car break ins. My advise if you do deside that for some reason that this is where you want to live check out that apartment you are going to rent before you even sign anything beacuse the model apartments are better then the one you will probably end up in.
