The location is ideal, close to everything you need, as well as less than 3 miles from I540. These are arguably considered to be one of the nicer apartment complexes in this city, but there are still some issues. The buildings are old and not kept up well, so the buildings are starting to look somewhat decrepit and dilapidated. Landscaping used to be really great but now it’s just so-so. The quality of tenants is slipping as well, meaning more and more loud, rude, noisy, dirty neighbors moving in over the past several months. Many residents regularly leave loose bags of leaking trash sitting out on their front porches all day/night, constantly not following valet trash rules, making a mess on the wood front porches and attracting all the critters: squirrels, raccoons, mice, flies, roaches. Very embarrassing to have guests come visit because the neighbor uses the shared porch as their own personal garbage dump. You could do worse, but you also may find something better. It depends on your standards and what matters to you. If paying top dollar to live with nasty trashy neighbors in worn down buildings doesn’t bother you, then this is the place for you. ...
