This is as ghetto as it gets. Total slum. Trash everywhere, sewage spewing onto the sidewalks. Your car isn't safe. Brawls and gunfire, regular police appearances on the block. If they try to tell you we have pools or a laundry room, ask them the last time they were open. Rent increases every year for this experience. ...
