The actual apartment is average but everything else is poor. Management is a joke, makes rude comments about other tennants, ignores complaints and treats everyone like they are dirt (unless you haven't signed your lease yet, but don't worry; after you sign on the dotted line, you will be fair game to her as well). Grounds need lots of work. Fleas are horrible in the summer and the breeze ways are always filthy. Vomit, urine, glass, cigarette buts and trash. Just what you want to walk through to get to your door every day! Then you track that mess into your apartment..... very healthy. Hah..... Not. Would not recommend this complex and it is a shame. With different management, this place could be wonderful; if kept clean, grounds treated, and had management that did their job and cared. Price is high compared to other complexes. Disgusting. Constant partying, constant noise, breezeways are trashed from all the partying. Spilled beer, beer cans, broken beer bottles, food- you name it, it's on the breezeway floors.
