University Suites at Centennial is the premier off-campus student apartment community in Raleigh, North Carolina. Located near NC State, Meredith College, Peace College, Shaw University, Wake Tech Community College and the heart of downtown Raleigh. Our clubhouse was recently renovated in March 2020! We currently offer partially furnished 3 and 4 bedroom townhome apartments and extremely low all-inclusive utility packages.

We offer our residents many amenities to keep an active and fun-filled lifestyle including a basketball court, along with a sand volleyball court, outdoor pool, 24hr fitness center, lounge area with big screen TV, 2 private study rooms and much more. Residents also have access to a tanning bed, available to use during office hours.

University Suites also ensures residents have ample places to study and research by providing them with a 24hr access business center where residents can print for free.
