This place is a piece of shit. The ceiling leaks, the parking is cramped, the turn out of here is a deathwish and they won't put up a mirror. Every appliance I've had in here has been broken. The stove electrocuted me before the replaced it, the roof leaks, two baseboard heaters are broken, all of the windows have cracks for drafts and every part of the floor squeaks. The washer and dryer smells like cigarettes and is noisy as hell, maintenance people are incompetent and so is the staff that runs the place. Stay away from shitty AppSouth Apartments. I rented from fall '01 through summer 10. ...
