$520 a month for poorly "remodeled" units. The bus route comes by every 15 min, but is very unreliable. Most of my neighbors are hermits. The land lord is one sly guy. When confronted about the parking situation he throws number out left and right. . . and we all know numbers can be used to stretch the truth far out of proportion. hmmm. . . if there are 50 more parking spaces than there are tenants why do I have to park 130 yard away from my building?? And theres two ways in the complex but only one way out? Poor design and customer service make the highlands a very inconvenient place to live. at least it looks nice I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
