I have been here over a year, all my problems are resolved fast. The office staff is friendly and calls me often to check that all is well. Maintenance guys are polite, reliable and quick. Last year the pool was not open most of the summer and I hope the maintenance issue is resolved for this summer. Not a good place to rent. Management is unsupportive and unprofessional. No repairs are made in a timely manner. Some tenants are disrespectful of peace and quiet and management does nothing. Particularly one car with excessive loud alarming constantly. No security and no concern from management for security. Can't trust to receive your mail. Many other things. Not recommended! ...
