After giving a 30 day noticed on 1/31/07 and moved out on 2/22/07, i was billed for 3 days in March because i was told that February is only a 28 day month regarless if I moved out early or not, not to mention that I was notified of the due balance 2 years later from a collections agency, Pinnacle Corporate service. I am turning this case over to the NC State Attorney Generals Office for Investigation into these fictitious charges, Do your self a favor and DONT rent here.
