It feels nice and homey. What I love most is that there is no parking deck and there is a parking lot. You enter from the outside so there are no cold dorm vibes, it feels more like a house. The apartments are the biggest in Greenville and I haven’t had a problem living here. Maintenance and staff answer quickly for any questions or problems in the apartment. I’m able to walk into the leasing office with any concerns and someone is always there to help. The grounds are always kept nice and clean. The apartments themselves are pretty up to date and very functional. The only downside which is to no fault to the apartment complex itself are my noisy neighbors upstairs, but for what it is, the apartment itself if built to where it is actually quieter than many others in town where you are able to hear your neighbors. They did a great job with roommate matching and are very understanding of their residents. I also love the pool area to lay out before or after class. It is right across the street from campus so it’s less than a 10 minute walk. It’s a pretty safe area and close to take out places like dominoes and a Mediterranean take out cuisine. The rooms are so spacious and everyone gets their own bathroom, and you have the choice of picking your roommates, doing roommate matching, and picking your style and level floor plan. It comes fully furnished and there are tons of deals to get money off your monthly rent! Their website is very easy to navigate not only to apply but to make monthly rent payments or to contact them. It overall has the most opportunity in Greenville and it is the place that feels most at home. ...
