I love living at Laurel Ridge! It is very affordable for it being in Chapel Hill. The only issues are that the walls are thin within the apartment. We can also hear our neighbors below us pretty well when they are being loud on the weekends. But overall, it's not too bad. The staff is wonderful and the maintenance is good. Our apartment is pretty spacious and we have a nice balcony. Parking is free. I was only going to live here for 1 year, but I just signed the lease for another year. I wouldn't want to live in any other apartment in Chapel Hill. Laurel Ridge is wonderful and it's definitely the cheapest. ...
