I have loved living at Ellis station. My roommates and I love the layout of our three bedroom, it’s dreamy. I’d say it’s a pretty quiet area for being around highway. Amenities are beautiful. Recommend living here!!

Don't let their reply fool you. Visually appealing, sure. The pool and club house are nice: they are new. Rooms are smaller than less expensive apartments, so the floor plans are not that great for the price. That was fine. The building AC unit reverberates through the fifth floor at levels that interrupt quality sleep as per the sound measurements I took. This noise breaks the implied covenant of quiet enjoyment (NC legal terminology). No one else had lived in the apartment. There was an installation issue, and they insist I pay for the 2 weeks it took for them to not fix the problem and for me to get out of the unit even though I could not sleep there. The road noise is very bad. Lawyer up: this is a year lease without a buy-out. Hundreds of units empty and management insists on disputing an admitted installation problem. That tells you what you need to know. They have no concern for you. You are just revenue for people who are under a lot of pressure to pay for some new buildings. ...
