Great place, especially for the price! Never had any problems, and they even added free internet this year! I shared a 3 BR with 2 other people and we each pay less than 360 a month, including utilities. I rented from fall '06 through summer '08.

Inept/ill-equipped maintenenance dept. I had to move to get A/C in Chapel Hill (3rd floor apt with afternoon sun) I rented from fall '00 through summer '03.
