Current Resident

Our apartment wasn't ready to move in when promised. They let us travel from Georgia to move in without telling us the apartment was not ready. They promised 3 additional deadlines for it to be ready for move in and each passed. We had to live in a hotel for a week which was a major inconvenience and expense. The property manager promised a "significant" rent concession numerous times. We got NOTHING and now the manager won't respond to emails or calls. There is b roken glass all over thr ground which is a real problem for pets. Speaking of pets - nobody cleans up after their dogs and it's not uncommon to find dog poop on sidewalks. ...
