The apartment manager Shereca is worthless. After my apartment was borken into they did nothing to investigate. You think they would want to keep there complex safe. Guess not. The didn't even notify the other resident that a break in had occured. The manager broke the lease for me and gave me 30 days notice. I paid my rent due and moved out. I even gave her the keys early so they could do what they needed to rent again. This all while I was paying rent and not even living there. Four months after I moved out I get a call from a collection agency saying I owed money. Shereca said I had to pay everyday's rent after I moved out of the apartment that it was not rented because I gave the keys to her early. She said it was ok if I gave her the keys. In fact she told me if she rented it before my 30 days was up I would get part of my deposit back. This place is nasty as well. The roaches are terrible. I can't tell you how many times I called the complex and they did nothing for me. They ignored any matience request I put in and the one time an exterminator come. my apartment was broke into! Humm sound a little fishy to me consider the whole building was being sprayed that day and no one saw anything. I am currently persuing legal action and have been told by a lawer that my case agains them is asure win. Sorry Sherka guess you will be paying the charges you tried to charge me. Don't live here.
