Very nice feel since most are standalone units it feels like a neighborhood and that was nice because I didn't feel as far from home. The staff is made up of some residents so if your looking for a job while in college you wouldn't have to worry about commute this is especially nice in boone since snow covered roads are a given for most weeks in the winter. ...

The area is vey nice with great views of the mountains. The area is upkept and is very clean. Amenities are great as well with a well equip weight room, pool, firepit, pool table, ping pong, and more. It is a great spot to pick to live.

Living at the Cottages of Boone has its upsides and its downsides. The community feel and amenities are great. The rooms are also big. However, the management is poorly run, and nothing will ever get fixed. Our cottage came dirty and with a broken washer and drier. They charge fees for everything. ...
