It truly is a very nice place to live. I like how close it it to campus and I enjoy how the buses come and can pick us up. The amenities are high quality. The hallways always look and feel so clean which I appreciate. One thing I would enjoy more and I think would be impactful would be to place trashcans outside the buildings. Our apartments allow animals. I do not have one, however I have noticed there is no place to put the poop. One last thing, I wish they would make the big grass area into more parking. My friends never come over to my place because they risk the chance of being towed and that's never fun. I love College View and it is worth every penny!! ...

College View is great! Everything is nice and clean. The amenities are convenient. The apartment complex feels safe because only students who live at College View can enter the main doors. The staff are friendly and it is close to campus!

So far, my experience at College View has been amazing. I'm appreciative of all the little things the staff does such as hosting movie night and having breakfast, lunch days. I like my roommates and I enjoy having my own personal space.
